Even my wife likes this and she is close to being pure ipa lover. It has a distinctive burnt caramel taste with bitter chocolate and coffee lingerings. An excellent beer with food such as ribs.

Nice stout, pours nearly black with ample tan-colored head. Aroma of water and lightly roasted malts. Tastes mildly sweet with roasted malts and very light hops. Fairly light bodied and creamy texture. Look and mouthfeel remind me of a milk stout. Overall decent and restrained with a light touch. Quite nice to have at the brewery, but not wouldn’t be anything special bottled to have at home.
