Cloudy with an almost yellow to white color. Lasting, fine layer of bubbles. Some minor spots on the glass.
Malty with a hop spice to round out the nose. The malt is our the pale variety. The hop is neutral bitter.
The start of the taste is fairly nondescript -- one gets pale malt and little else. The hop kicks in at the swallow with the same neutral bitterness one got in the smell. Strong carbonation with weak leaning body. Overall, this is a dry, mostly bitter pale ale.
