Small, short living head. No lace. Brown color, cloudy.
The smell is deeply dark makes mixed in subtly. A touch of sweetness.
Drier than I expected, tastewise. Chewy body with an elevated carbonation. The hop brings bitterness, particularly in the swallow. Short living aftertaste.

Look is right, dark brown clear body and an off white head. Nose is quiet, flavor is mild sour grain, sweet malt and cracker, and a hint of bittering in the close. Overall decent, but looking for a bit more bread and body to fill this out.
