This is a "midwest" IPA. I'm dying to know what this might be.
Rim bubbles for a head. It leaves some streaks. The liquid is dirty gold with a small haze.
I get brown ale notes along with a moderate hoppy bitter nose.
The taste is semi-dry with a bit of an alcohol kick. Strong hop bite in the swallow. This leads to a decent aftertaste. The body is neutral with the carbonation being a bit high. Overall, this has some earthiness which is covered up by the bitterness kick.
