Cloudy, naturally, with a dark gold to copper color. Quickly settling head (rim bubbles) and no lace.
Good wheat with banana overtones. Smells like a classic wheat beer.
My first impression was this would be a Belgian beer but the banana really comes through quickly. I'm not a fan of wheaty beers but this one has a good balance of hop bitter spice to bring interest.

On tap into a pint glass
A - Beer arrives with a thin white head that dissipates instantaneously. The beer itself is cloudy in appearance and a coppery amber in color with light carbonation visible based on small bubbles rising lazily toward the surface. 3.5/5
S - Very sweet aroma overall with clover honey, caramel, wheat, and toasted malt all coming out and bouncing off each other. Herbal hops provide an earthiness to balance out the sweetness but the sweetness is still maintained strongly. 3.75/5
T - Clover honey dominates right out of the gate providing a very sweet beginning. Following the honey comes caramel, wheat, and toasted wheat bread. There is a bit of light stone fruit (peaches and pears both) as well as grapes that come out. Herbal hops come out for just a split second near the end before swallowing with no bitterness attached and no lingering bitterness on the palate. 3.5/5
M - Light to medium bodied and very smooth. Almost syrupy at times while maintaining a fairly light profile. No drying whatsoever and no dryness after swallowing. Very light carbonation tickle up front but this goes away quickly. 3.75/5
O - Very sweet overall, as expected with a very good amount of honey in this beer. Next to no bitterness and no dryness make for a wet, coating, somewhat syrupy beer while maintaining a light sessionable quality. 3.75/5
