I wanted to like this as in theory it hits all the check marks for me. Brown ale— check; coconut— check; solid brewery ( from nj) check.
Unfortunately this beer was a mess. Definately conconut smell and brown ale look. Mouthful was very thin; coconut throughout the palate. Flavors don’t work together. Interesting try- but wouldn’t ever try this again and can’t recommended

Lots of coconut aroma. Taste is coconut nuttiness. Feel is a little bit thin. Overall not a bad beer, just think the coconut came first before this was a well made brown ale.

Can to Sample glass.
AROMA: Coconut strong. Fantastic.
TASTE: Coconut, oak, grains.
Thin FEEL.
A very nice Combo. Coconut is fragrant and tasty; and the beer is very light a drinkable for a malty brew. This was my first taste of any Cypress beer....so far, so good.
