In collaboration with Icarus Brewing...Necessity and Invention was created with ideas from both brewhouses; a hazy 5.5% easy drinking American Pale Ale brewed with El Dorado, fermented with tropical Guanabana fruit, dry hopped with El Dorado and Mosaic Lupulin, and back sweetened with Lactose.
