Simple and straightforward - gobs of Guava add a crushable dimension to an otherwise basic profile.

Sour IPA w/ Guava
Burnt orange body, with little to no head retention. Some bubbles cling around the edges. Nose is of candied guava and muted biscuit malt. On the palate, this is a bit of a mess. More guava than sour; guava is front and center, but there really is not much else here. Terribly imbalanced with very little carbonation. Full body, booze is well hidden.
This is a miss.
