A: The beer is very hazy and a bit pale whitish yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge and bits of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of mango and pineapple are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that there are moderate flavors of pineapple and only underlying hints of mango. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed how the BRU-1 hops contributed aromas and flavors of pineapples to this beer, which seemed like it could be classified as a New England Pale Ale if there was such a style.
