Drank from a bottle into a pint glass.

A- I drank this because it was gifted to me and a tick is a tick. Light straw yellow with a fizzy minimal white cap that left before i got to know it. no lace.

S- Sleeman Premium light smells like Pepé Le Pew, very skunky just like the regular version. Maybe some malts in here and very faded hops. All I really get is the skunked smell.

T- Well, the taste is slightly skunked as well but not as much as the regular version, hence, this being the light version. Grains and just a notion of hop presence. Some bready malts as well.

M- Thin and light but alot of active carbonation is heard and felt. Goes down very easy and would be better without pepe.

D- Not really, I finished my bottle because I was parched and needed some liquid but I would not willingly buy this for myself, or bring it to a party. I want to try this in Canada to see if there is a difference.

Bottle- Pale yellow pour with a fizzy short lived head. Faint aromas of tonic water and watery hops with a dash of malt. Almost tasteless. Club soda with some hops and a touch of sweetness. There's no real point to this one. It scores its points for its ability to be completely inoffensive. Not again.

Poured an extremely clear straw gold with a thin head that didn't really last at all. A trace barely was there afterwards.

The aroma was hoppy, with slight cloves and some grass. As well, a slight berry-fruit smell was detected. I was reminded of Poland's Zywiec.

Mouthfeel was crisp and light, but a little indistinct.

Taste: Dry copper finish was most noticeable. Has a good round balance with a hoppy tang and a slight apple sweet. There was a disappointing lack of aftertaste after a promising start. Instead, you get a bit of citric acid trace.

Not a bad session beer, but not the best. I wouldn't mind drinking this stuff at all.

Poured a nice amber colour with no head. This was your run-of-the-mill light beer. It had the classic skunk smell and nothing else. The tatse was virtually non-exsistant. It tasted like and felt like water. Not a good beer, but it was pretty to look at for a minute.

Very pale brew with almost no head. Real watery taste. You might as well be drinking tonic. The choice of a clear bottle still amazed me. Malt is almost not present. One of the worse and I will never drink this again... Sleeman have been known to make better beer then this.

For a light beer, this one is average...a disappointment from Sleemans.
Clear medium gold in colour, no head and light carbonation.
Light body and a yeasty aroma.
Taste is lightly malted lingering and flat.
Not recomended, not a quality product.
Typical light beer, why do people drink this stuff?
