Elephant Hawk IPA was the ale that pretty much launched Thirst Class & here we have its ramped up version, bottle conditioned
Pours a cloudy, naturally caramel coloured body with good thick white head
Aroma is menthol
There is a slightly carob tasting baseline that goes through caramel and then a slightly minty bitter finish
