440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 8%. Murky / opaque yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of yellow stonefruits, tropical fruits and citrus, hints of sprucetips. Citric mouthfeel. The medium sweet flavour has the same elements as the aroma, also notes of onions and pine needles, medium bitter finish.

3 weeks old. Can to tumbler.
Look: Pours a light hazy yellow with a foamy white head that dissipates rather quickly without leaving any lacing. No floaters.
Smell: Ripe citrus fruits. Slightly grassy.
Taste: Very citrusy. More yellow than orange. Fresh with a low sweetness. A bit zesty and a slightly bitter finish.
Feel: Fresh and juicy. Quite crushable for a DIPA. Low carbonation.
Overall: Very solid, almost refreshing single hop DIPA. Even though it's a bit one dimensional on the citrusy side, the beer is nicely crafted and well balanced. Could easily drink more than one of it on an evening.

Pour at Verdant/Pressure Drop Experiment and then a can at home with Lisa in London - really, really good both times!

Straight up mosaic madness. My favourite uk dipa, with tonnes of mango and stone fruit flavours, pine needle and mango on the nose with a thick body. Just sensational

Really hazy dark orange color with frothy beige head. Aroma is quite intense with overripe fruits like peaches, mango, pineapple and some light dank hop notes. Taste starts on the sweet side with some crystal malts and overripe tangerines. Finish has a light hop bitterness with some pine resin. Medium body with medium to soft carbonation. Juicy, slightly dank, quite easy drinking for a DIPA.

330 ml can, Brewer's Droop, Bristol - Pours cloudy orange with a medium white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - Huge front of tropical fruits - mango, pineapple, light resin at the back. Taste - Light sweetness, front notes as aroma, crisp long bitter finish with a little alcohol warmth. Really showcases the Mosaic hop, beautifully balanced single hopped DIPA.
