This beer looks absolutely spot-on. It has a medium-thin white head with lacing that clings to the glass until the beer is finished. The colour is an orange-gold with a nice haze. The aroma is primarily pine and resin, with a good hit of grapefruit and mangoes to back it up. The flavour is the same again with a perfect bitterness that doesn't linger. There isn't a huge amount of malt flavour, but it works perfectly, and isn't expected considering it is supposedly a single malt beer. The mouthfeel is soft and with a tiny amount of carbonation bite that doesn't get in the way of anything. Overall this is a very very nice beer and I could drink a lot of it.
