440 ml can, from Seven Cellars. ABV is 8%. Cloudy pale yellow colour, large white head. Aroma of ripe yellow stonefruits, jam, hints of citrus, tropical fruits and spruce. The flavour has the same elements as the aroma, but is not too sweet. Citrus is a bit more pronounced. The bitterness is moderate. Very refreshing for its strength.

Really hazy golden color with off-white head. Floral and dank hops with sweet citrus fruits on the aroma. Taste has sweet hop juice, stone fruits with soft pithy bitterness.

CAN
Pure milk; lemon sorbet, lime zest, light ganga + mint, and a bit of porridge; madeleines, then grapefruit frappe, pineapple, herb oil, hints of lychee, peach sorbet, white melon, and a weedy hop bite to end; creamy.
Hallertau Blanc, Huell Melon, Azacca, Motueka, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin
4.25 x 5
Nov 5th canning - almost 11 weeks; coulda been a bit quicker off the mark with this one. Fascinating hop bill - that reads as all bright tropical notes with nothing dank, resiny or even very citrusy. And so it goes: lots of treble, no bass (though other RB reviews suggest there’s dank when it’s younger.) Shame it’s not fresher, because the delicate white grape notes that H Blanc + Nelson could be giving here are missing. But this is a creamy, gentle, intricate, fun + accomplished DIPA.
