An oat free super pale IPA with a light, creamy body and crisp finish. Simcoe and Loral lead the charge with all things pineapple, orange and pine with a touch of Chinook for added grapefruit and earthy resins.

Pours a hazy, bright orange coloration with a medium, frothy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with notes of grapefruit and pineapple, as well as hints of floral and resinous accents. Taste is a good balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, floral, slightly herbal and resinous hops, with citrus and tropical notes of grapefruit, orange and pineapple, as well as hints of pine. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grapefruit and floral, resinous accents lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and c arbonation.
Just like a Cloudwater brew I had recently, I think this is pretty good for a NEIPA brewed with Loral hops, but I still don't get why you would put them into this style. They are just an awful fit in my personal opinion, with those strong floral notes feeling really out of place. Luckily the Simcoe and Chinook, two of my favorite hops, provide some wonderful citrus and pine notes, as well as herbal/earthy accents and a good bitterness in the finish here. Overall, this makes for a nice NEIPA that's quite bitter and resinous for the style, which I'm all for, but a bit too floral for my personal taste.
