This is a cool beer. Our first-ever collab with Siren Craft Brew!
Crazy!! We've gone modern west coast on this one with a "Cali IPA". Expect a really lean 100% lager malt grist, ever so slightly paired back bitterness and a really heavy-handed approach to cold side hopping for punch aromatics.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is fruity and crisp with notes of citrus, peach, pine and lemon fromage.
Taste is fruity and crisp with a moderate bitterness. Notes of citrus, peach, pine, grass and citrus peel.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, modern west coast IPA.
