Great to have Luke Una back again and we've pushed the boat out for this IPA. The whirlpool is chock full of citrussy Amarillo and we then dosed Mosaic Incognito directly into the fermenter for added oomph! Dry hopped hugely with an exciting combination of some of the most pungent hops we have at our disposal.

Pours a hazy light orange with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is juicy, grassy and peppery. Notes of citrus, gooseberries, grapes and nectarine with a hint of vanilla.
Taste is juicy, peppery and a bit grassy. Notes of citrus, gooseberries, licorice, nectarine and some vanilla. Hoppy with a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, very drinkable IPA with great texture.
