Taking our learnings from the fresh hop beers has resulted in this punchy mother-daughter hop affair! Bitter, dry, but smooth feels with masses of pine sap, grapefruit, tropical notes and dank.

Copenhagen 11/5 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Some abstract figures on the can who could be a set of crazy and spaced out eyes.

Pours almost clear, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable and fluffy. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a mild odor of sweet tropical fruit soon overpowered by a strong citric scent. Sweet peach and pineapple. Whiff of arm sweat. Grapefruit and lemon. Dry vibe.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a medium strong tat bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers fora while. Finish is dry.

I have no idea why you are like this. But nothing to be ashamed of.

440ml can.
L: Clear, dark yellow, a single stream of microbubbles and one finger of short-lived head that reduces to a cap. A quick swirl rebuilds the head every time.
S: Orange citrus and fresh pine wood.
T: Yellow grapefruit, seville orange and pine resin. Bitterness starts moderate but grows.
F: Full body, sticky mouthfeel, astringent finish.
O: A good, resinous, bitter, west coast-style AIPA from the south coast of Cornwall, England. A very pleasant change from the currently dominant New England-style.
