Little Palais is a small bar and bottle shop in St Ives, known for its innovative cocktails and handmade ice creams. L: Opaque, orange juice with a thin head that disappears quickly but leaves some stripes of lacing.
S: Orange rind and turkish delight.
T: Full-on citrus and tropical fruits up-front with a delicately herbal finish. Low bitterness.
F: Medium body and velvet smooth.
O: Another tremendous NEIPA from Cornwall, England. Well done, Verdant!
