A joyful and breezy mouthful of hop by way of some spelt in the grist for added fluff and feels. Mosaic leading the charge hot and cold with the NZ superstars playing bass and drums.

Pours a hazy light orange with fuffy, soapy head.
Smell is juicy, sweet and peppery. Notes of gooseberries, mango, citrus, pepper and peach. Very crisp and inviting.
Taste is juicy, hoppy and peppery. Notes of gooseberries, grapeskins, citrus, mango, white pepper and peach. Soft bitterness with a spicy finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, a great NE IPA showcasing the Nectaron and Nelson very nicely.
