Copenhagen 8/11 2024. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Yellow can with silhouettes of small sharks in orange. The neme of beer and brewery in black letters.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin patches floating about. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with subtle scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Well-balanced and pleasant Infant Shark.
