Single hop Mosaic pale. Soft, tropical and sessionable.

Fully saturated Mosaic Pale Ale, gushing with aromas from our chosen 2024 Mosaic lots. STINKY!

Malts: Golden Promise, Oats, Dextrin, Flaked Wheat.
Hops: Mosaic.
Yeast: Verdant House Yeast.

440ml can.
L: Opaque, dark orange colour with a big head that collapses quickly and leaves spotty lacing.
S: Green and herbal. Weed, basically.
T: Mango, passion fruit, overripe pineapple and fresh moss. Fruity then earthy. Bitterness is low. Pretty dank.
F: Medium body, smooth but not quite oily mouthfeel, dry-ish finish. Gets appreciably better as it warms.
O: Decent APA. Tastes and feels bigger than 5.5% ABV.
