Collaboration with Prizm Brewing Co.
A Pale Ale in collaboration with Prizm Brewing Co. While discussing recipes with Prizm, we got excited about using the same base hops for both the Pale Ale and the IPA (think Motueka, Citra, and Simcoe), blending New Zealand and US hops to work together with our Verdant yeast. For the Pale Ale, we used Nectaron on the cold side, bringing tropical notes of pineapple, mango, and citrus fruits.
Prizm Brewing Co are one of France’s most exciting new breweries, located in Vendargues (Herault), just outside Montpellier. After tasting some of their latest delicious beers, we had to invite them for a collaboration in Cornwall as part of our Travellers Series.
