Collaboration with Messorem , Freak Folk Bier, Deep Fried Beers, Omnipollo, Bellwoods Brewery & Great Divide Brewing Company.
We’re thrilled to be part of the latest chapter in Omnipollo’s cross-border collaboration series: Three Times Three Vol. 7! This edition unites seven breweries: Omnipollo (SWE), Verdant (UK), Bellwoods (CAN), Great Divide (US), Deep Fried Beers (US), Freak Folk (US), and Messorem (CAN), joining forces on one bold, hazy DIPA.
Collaborating on this project meant diving deep into the details with fellow haze lovers, comparing processes, sharing techniques, and finding common ground to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
Brewed first at Omnipollo’s Church Brewery in Stockholm, each brewery also brewed their own version at home. Ours stays true to the original: a wheat-heavy pale grist, heavily dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin (30 g/l) and a touch of Hop Kief® cryogenic liquid for extra oomph. Expect a tropical-forward, softly bitter DIPA born from shared curiosity, creativity, and a hint of Omnipollo’s magic.
