440ml can.
L: Light haze, yellow colour, one finger of white cream head that reduces to a generous cap with lots of lacing.
S: Light and clean. Fresh citrus, mainly grapefruit and lime.
T: Beautifully zesty. Has a real zip up front with a dry-ish, yeasty aftertaste.
F: Medium body with a nicely soft mouthfeel, good carbonation and only a hint of a tight/thin finish.
O: An easy-drinking, more-ish, totally crushable American-style pale ale. Extra marks for producing a very decent mouthfeel in this style for sub 5%. Super impressive brewing.

Copenhagen 27/1 2026. 47,3 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. Crudely drawn illustration on the can with a little fellow running up a slope hovering over a hill. Mysterious.

Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head, Stable, Settles as a thin but frothy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tribal fruit mingling with a prominent scent of citrus fruit, Melon and pineapple in a Tupperware container. Lemon, lime and citrus. Tart and acerbic.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lively and lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit zesty. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.

I'll go hill hopping with that little fellow anytime.
