For our second collection of phase haze beers with the wonderful Track Brewing, we are shifting towards experimental NZ varieties alongside the established US star that is Citra.
In this IPA Citra takes the lead bringing strong notes of mango and grapefruit alongside more complex New Zealand hedgerow notes and hidden tropical gems. Classy and decadent.

440ml can. This Phase 5 uses the same NZ hops NZH-109 and NZH-106 as Phase 4 but it’s smooth as hell and more herbal. Loads of citrus unctuousness from the Citra but this time the green, herbal notes are also full-on. Mouthfeel is smooth and pillowy and dry. A great NZ-hopped Hazy from Falmouth & Manchester, England.
