Organic Bier!!! Pours a fine bubbled head that faded a little too quickly. The color is light golden and trüb. The aroma is of bright hops and balanced nicely against a smoothe maltiness. Hints of caramel and grain are to be found. The mouthfell is medium and features anice minty hop flavor. Yeast is clean and provides a slight bread character. Good Bier but nothing too exciting...
