Sometimes beer hunting is all about getting out to a new brewery and just seeing what happens. Fibonacci, in Mt. Healthy, OH is a gem of a spot. The small tap room is surrounded by a relaxing outdoor space and even an area with chickens and goats. You grab a brew on tap and just sit outside to relax, getting back to the simpler times.
Featured here is their BA Maillard with maple and cinnamon. A funky and yeast forward stout that taps into those sweet flavors to create a complex beer.
Not only is it a great place to visit, but these brewers really know how to make some good suds.

This beer has outstanding potential. It tastes great, but it tasted a bit flat from the bottle. This is an issue this brewery needs to deal with soon.
Poured from a bomber into a tulip glass. Very dark brown color but short lived head and little lacing. Licorice and dark berries smell and taste. Dark chocolate, expresso, and vanilla. Very nice beer. Would like to have fresh on draft.
