Avogadro's Molé, a Oaxacan molé inspired milk stout, pours a rich black color with subtle edge mahogany highlights. The beer pours with a rich, creamy tan head. The aroma is a strong ensemble of rich scents balancing sweet and spice. As you spend time with the aroma, and as the beer warms, more and more scents reveal themselves. The full-bodied sip starts with a rich sweet milk chocolate flavor with hints of coffee. In the middle of the sip raisin, cinnamon, roasted chili peppers, and anise star before a dry finish highlighting cinnamon, roasted chilis, and chocolate leaves you wanting more.
