Got this by mistake - they have an alcoholic Dunkle Weiße (not yet listed on beeradvocate) that is very good - but this is terrible.
Looks great - lovely red-amber with an off-white head. Lacing.
Smells of old tinned fruit.
Tastes like tinned fruit - tinned peaches in particular. Very metailic and sweet-sour. I couldnt finish it.

The colour is brown with a tint of orange; the liquid is hazy. The high head is compact and beige, it slowly sinks down to a thick lid with lots of lacing on the glass.

The smell is sweet, reminding of treacle. There is a dry bitterness in the background. Some sour wheat-notes and quite a lot of vegetables, stable and green leaves. It is a bit frowsy.

The taste is very sweet with some toffee-like roasted notes and a flavour that reminds of horse stables. Treacle, green plants and moulding leaves. Weak body. The aftertaste is quite flat with some sticky sweet notes, some green plants and hints of chocolate and grease.

The carbonation is strong, the small bubbles fresh. The liquid is sticky, reminding of fruit squash.

Probably the most frowsy beer I ever had. I didn’t finish the glass.

Tall, foamy, off-white head faded in slow motion. Hazy, deep amber colored beer. Sweet malty aroma of caramel and molasses (ewww molasseses). Freakishly sweet malt aroma. It's like fermentation only went halfway and there is just a ton of wort left over. It looks like a Dunkle Weisse, and it says Dunkle Weisse on the label, but that's about it. Watery mouthfeel chock full of sugar. Just gross (unless you love Malta Goya).
