bitterer than most weizens but feels good. you'll find this in bio-markts like Alnatura.

I have been seeing this around a lot here lately so I decided to give it a shot. It has a nice bronze/orange semi cloudy body with lots of foamy off white head. It is a little more transparent than most hefes. The lace is great but does not stay around long. The aroma is strong but fresh lots of yeasty clove and banana. The taste is the same with gum like finish. The mouthfeel is a bit chewy with some bite. It is nice organic addition.
