Served in a Nonic glass from the tap.
Appearance: Thick black-brown color with matching tan head. Similar body to an Irish stout. Bubbly and head (maybe two finger lengths) settles quick after two sips.
Smell: nice smooth coffee, you can inhale the feel. Not as sticky but I'm happy where it's at.
Taste: Little chocolate, little coffee which amazingly which is closer to espresso. Malt notes are there but more smooth than you think.
Mouth: Sticky mixed with bubbles closer to full bodied and dri rely on the medium to heavy carbonation range.
Overall: Great brew, honestly people from the states should take tips from the brewmaster on properly making an oatmeal stout. Awesome find and definitely a brew worth having again which I definitely will before I leave EspaƱa.
