Served in a Nonic glass from the draft here at Cerveceria Esparte.
Appearance: Semi-cloudy light Amber color with medium to heavy bubbles to the body. Head is straight white rising to maybe one finger's length off the body. Doesn't settle so easily with sticky lacing, looks pretty appetizing.
Smell: Citrus scent consisting of grapefruit and lemon skin.
Taste: Has citrus notes which are super smooth, lemon feel which might come off as some as a summer ale but even lighter. Hops on the medium side and malts a bit bolder.
Mouth: Medium carbonation, average sticky but super refreshing. Almost like a thirst quencher.
Overall: Good brew, definitely closer to the summer side of beer but definitely one which went extremely smooth. Salud!
