Served in a pint glass from tap at Cerveceria Esparte here in Conil, Spain.
Appearance: Slight hazy gold with medium bubbles on the body. Head rose to just about one finger's length dropping with sticky lacing along the glass.
Smell: Sour notes of hops and malts, not the most appetizing scent but do-able.
Taste: Lemon and hops, little sweet and Ligt by of malts and a tad floral. Smooth.
Mouth: Avergage stickiness but very thirst quenching.
Overall: I'm a bit biased since pilsners usually are not my thing but this one is definitely on the upper enchalant of lagers and pilsners. Always in a glass. Salud!
