Brewed using a complex mash to give it a distinct bright red copper colour. The addition of US hops Citra, Simcoe, Columbus and Amarillo ensures it also packs the punch associated with its style. This beer’s other DNA strand comes from US West Coast yeast US-05.

Cask at The Mayflower Pub, London, England
A: The beer is slightly hazy yellowish amber in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a wide collar of off white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grapefruit juice are present in the nose.
T: The taste as light to moderate flavors of grapefruit (without the citrus bite) and notes of pale malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The grapefruit aromas and flavors in this ale are very interesting and unique.
