This triple New England IPA is juiced to the brim with dank notes of passion fruit and mango, while finishing incredibly smooth. We named this beer after our very own Johnny Hammer, who's our Packaging & Supply Chain Lead. It only seemed fitting that we brewed Johnny Hammertime with the strength of Thor!

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a tall fluffy head with a lot of lacing.

Smells of slightly dank hops and citrus.

Tastes of malt, orange and a lot of booze with a slightly bitter finish.

Medium body with light carbonation. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel.

This is lightly juicy , burly sipper of an IPA.

Large, three-finger head. It recedes in a lumpy fashion. Cloudy, but not milkshake cloudy. Orange-amber color.

Some earthiness with oil, a little weedy. Faint plastic.

Oily mouthfeel from the high alcohol presence. Smooth with average carbonation. The malt is rich but doesn't hold up to the alcohol finish. There's more than enough hop for balance plus some. The alcohol really is the story this beer with a very warming swallow and long aftertaste. In a word: boozy.

Tastes like a shot of vodka chased by a DIPA. Aft taste followed by a strong alcohol taste after a second delay

Canned 7.17, opened 9.5

Using a new ipa glass for the first time . Need to learn the proper pouring mechanics

Turbid orange liquid, darker orange on top, lighter orange in the stem, floaties, three finger frothy off white on the first pour, one finger in the second pour , great retention, settles to a pencil thick solid creamy layer ,very good lacings, is it the glass or the beer?

Aroma is orange citrus, tangerine, orange candy , mango

Taste is orange pith, citrus , mango, Hint of dank on the finish

Smooth beer, 9.7% abv well hidden ,Gentle dank hop bite finish

Very good beer

If we need a Triple IPA category, this is a fine example of it. High marks in all respects, with a 9.7% ABV.
