Our Director of Operations, George, balances a lot here at Mighty Squirrel. So for our first New England IPA in our line of single-hopped IPAs (our "Dear" series), we've taken George's favorite hop, Mosaic, and created a beer that bursts with juicy and dank notes of passion fruit and star fruit, while a malt bill of pale malts and flaked oats create a smooth finish while accentuating all that we love so much about Mosaic hops.

This brew obviously has come out retirement!
Pours a milky light orange with a tall fluffy head that ends up as a lot of lacing.
Smells of floral hops with some citrus.
Tastes of tart citrus and pepper with some sweeter notes of pineapple and other sweet fruit. It has a mildly styptic bitter finish.
Medium light body with light prickly carbonation. Smooth clean mouthfeel.
This brew is on the bitter end of the range for NEIPA's.

Overall, a very impressive presentation of Mosaic hops. I buy this any time I see it cold and fresh.
Mosaic pineapple, dank cannabis, with green onion, subtle garlic, mild white pepper and a delicious citrus finish. Tremendously refreshing. Very little alcohol presence for a 7%+ beer and a nice spritzy mouthfeel characterized by the white pepper and moderate viscosity/malt sweetness.
Not for everyone, but if you like danky earthy onion mosaic beers with a nice, clean citrusy finish.... mmhmm. Personally, I love these types of NEIPAs. I will do a blind heads up tasting against Hill Farmstead Mosaic the next time I can grab both.

Great combination of spicy mosaic up front and a juicy, smooth finish
