Golden and clear. Excellent initial two-finger head. It doesn't leave a lot of lace, though.
Mellow, very pale malt aroma. A touch of corn. Similar to a Helles with some grass and a whiff of floral hops.
The first impression is of the higher carbonation. The hop presence is far more stronger than the smell indicates. The malt fades quickly because it's so soft but not as round as most Märzens. Long aftertaste for the style.
