Single-hop Nelson Sauvin playing against type. Here it's got kind of a dry lime thing going. Followed by a typical creamy note, except this time it's not sweet? Definitely a beer that makes me think. Did I mention it's quite dry? Goes well with the hoppy bitterness. Mouthfeel is a smidge thin but forgivable.
I would not always want this beer, and if you're looking for a typical hazy this will not fit the bill. But it's a really interesting sip, and it does a great job of being itself.

Pours a hazy dark orange with an ample head and moderate lacing.
Smells of grassy piney hops and citrus.
Tastes of tart grapefruit, orange and a bit of lemon with a lightly bitter finish.
Medium light body with light carbonation. Light dry mouthfeel.
This is a very drinkable juicy and tart NEIPA. The best of the "Dear" series so far in my opinion.

This single hop Nelson NEIPA from Mighty Squirrel is delicious.
This MA brewery has established a great local presence and among the bigger MA craft breweries (watch out Trillium and TreeHouse! )
Really nice IPA, I love Nelson hops and it tends to be a hop that is often showcased on its own.
Well this one is no exception, to be honest, if may not have guessed this one Nelson Hop aside from it having a super clean finish. The mouth feel and finish was on point, not too sweet.
Cheers Mary!
