If you have a project that everyone says can’t be done, then we know just the man for the job...Patrick! Patrick Andrews from the Haynes Group was the Project Manager for the design and construction of our brewery in Waltham, and he was there every step of the way, from scouting potential brewery locations and exploring design ideas to solving engineering challenges, orchestrating the many vendors who worked on the brewery buildout, and driving the project forward on time and on budget. Patrick's creativity, passion, craftsmanship, sense of ownership, patience, open mindedness, determination, emotional support, and generosity is more than we could have ever hoped for or imagined. Thank you Patrick and the entire Haynes team for building our home in Waltham and for everything it has brought to us. Dear Patrick bursts of bright tropical fruit flavors and packs exceptional aromas of pear, melon, pineapple, and stone fruit. Cheers to our dear friend Patrick!

This DDH El Dorado IPA pours a cloudy matte gold in the pint glass. Dear Patrick has a soft inch-high head that leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma is a sweet cacophony of pineapple, passion fruit, pear, peach, and melon. Taste follows the nose at first with a big juicy burst and progresses to a dry citrusy bite to finish. Mouthfeel is pillowy soft and medium bodied. Carbonation is medium high and crisp. Dear Patrick is an enjoyable release from Mighty Squirrel, cheers!
