Cloud Candy turned me on to Mighty Squirrel, but whenever I’m at the taproom I am astonished by the variety of styles on tap. I cannot say no to an Irish Stout and this was excellent. Almost identical to a Guinness and gave off similar aromas. A creamy smooth feel that boasted wonderful roasted coffee notes. A trademark dry finish for the style. My one gripe is it is a tad bit watery for my liking. All in all a solid rendition of the classic Irish style. A treat for sure and a fantastic beer when getting away from the IPA craze.
