Pale grapefruit pink color. Hazy. Minor head that leaves a few small streaks on the glass.

Strong sweet orange aroma. There’s a bit of the candied children’s aspirin smell. I hate to admit this but I find the smell extremely attractive.

Sweet, almost like orange juice flavor. It’s like a pale ale blended with OJ and it’s really good. It’s also too easy to drink, like a fraternity punch that’s more booze than punch. This could be the perfect brunch beer

No obvious canning date, but purchased at Mighty Squirrel in March 2024. Pours a pink grapefruit color with light haze. Powerful nose of citrus as you would expect. Tart OJ flavor on the palate. Wouldn’t drink this on a regular basis but it is certainly a bright, lively, refreshing brew.

Beautiful color, wonderful smell. Love the concept mixing blood orange with ne ipa. However, I think it goes too hard into blood orange land. Just not enough beer to balance out fruit. Too acidic, at times drinking like straight grapefruit juice.

I have given about 3 in a thousand beers a perfect 5 rating. This really hits all aspects excellently for a blood orange flavored NE IPA or any NE IPA. The 4 pack I got was about 19 days old, so nicely fresh. Obviously, you should try it if you can find it. Unless you for some reason don’t like blood orange juice.
