Thick, rocky head which diminishes slowly. Excellent long streaks nearly form a web on the glass. The liquid is clear with a lighter amber color.
The aroma is a floral blend of fresh malt and hop cones.
The flavor starts with a croissant like malt base. The hop reminds me of black pepper. The body leans thin, enhanced by a higher carbonation level. The aftertaste lingers a long time in the mouth and back of the throat.

From draft at Mighty Squirrel. Pours a very slightly hazy amber. From the tap list: “Mass Beer Week brings beer enthusiasts from all over Massachusetts to enjoy local brews and expand our palates. Inspired by this, we wanted to add to the experience by creating a beer using ingredients from farms and fields found within our state. Using almost all local ingredients- hops from Four Star Farms and barley from Stone Path Malt in Massachusetts, Field to Pint is a tropical and citrusy pale ale worthy of any momentous occasion. Cascade and Centennial hops blend and combine to generate a smooth, soft pine, and earthy finish. So cheers to you, Massachusetts, and cheers to the beer we share.” A lovely pale ale!
