Tasted from that tap at the Little Fish taproom in downtown Dayton, OH.
Copper color; slight haze; creamy, white head. Muted noble hops on the nose with little malt. Flavors similar to Oktoberfest, but with more roasted malt than I typically see, but that seems to have been the brewer's intent, based on the description of, "Malty Amber Fest Lager". Medium to thick body. Creamy carbonation. Medium to high hops bitterness is stronger than typical for the style. Alcohol is very light.
This is a very enjoyable beer that is slightly non-traditional, but in an intentional way. No harm, no foul, to me.

Look - Reddish brown and clear with a nice tannish head and rimming
Smell - malty caramel
Taste -easy found malty caramel
Feel -medium light body and carb
Overall - I like the malt forward style on this
