Served in a Little Fish teku glass
This beer pours a hazy amber color with golden highlights. It is topped with two inches of beige head that leaves some decent lacing.
The aroma is sour and a little funky. I get a little tart apple and dank basement.
The taste is not too sour and has good complexity. I get that tart apple flavor along with the funk. It has a dry finish.
Medium bodied with dry mouthfeel
This is a real nice sour. It would be nice to cellar a few to see how it changes. Well done.
