Hazy bright yellow with a thin fluffy blanket that settles to a spotty film with a thick, clinging collar.
Smell is wet biscuit, tart lemon and passion fruit, and the passion fruit carries over into the taste with a touch of a hoppy green mango character, as less biscuit flavor allows for a cleaner, tart expression. Having this next to a Hoof Hearted sour IPA, it's clear they're trying to respect traditional methods, as a mild funk pleasantly comes out in contrast.
The light body has a solidly filling froth, finishing semi-dry and lightly tingly.

Poured out of a 750 ml bottle into one of my tulip glasses, this beer pours a pale, somewhat hazy.cloudy, golden color with a white head that's initially about an inch thick when first served that settles fairly quickly to a thick ring lining the inside of the glass and several streams of little bubbles fairly rapidly and continuously rising to the beer's surface. Not much lacing unfortunately. Aromas of some bready malts and some barnyard funk and must notes along with a tart note and some fruit. Tastewise this has some bready malts and what tastes like a hint of wheat and the aforementioned barnyard funk and sour tartness that's rounded out with the passion fruit and guava. Perhaps just a hint of citrusy and earthy hop bitterness too. Good balance of flavors, and a nice amount of funky, sour, tart notes that's rounded out nicely with the passion fruit and guava notes. Has a somewhat crisp, also smooth, medium to full bodied mouthfeel with moderate to heavy carbonation. Has a clean finish with a somewhat dry aftertaste. A very nice beer here.
