We are so happy to be celebrating our sixth anniversary with you all, in a way that we sadly could not celebrate our 5th anniversary in 2020. Here's to a brighter future, where we all take better care of ourselves and our fellow human beings.
This imperial stout was aged in Middle West Wheated Bourbon barrels for 10 months. Layers of rich praline, vanilla, chocolate, and graham cracker flavors reveal themselves in every warming sip. We are really happy with it, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

From the 22 oz bottle in a snifter via Bluejacket74-----Dude....wow...THANK YOU!
This mighty imperial pours a dark murky blackish brown with a nice head of tan
khaki foam that settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and shows some mighty
fine lacing. Nose of sweet bourbon, char, brulee, dark chocolate, dark coffee
touches, and dark fruits amongst vanilla and oak. Flavors hit the mark and edge
me to a 4.75 on a taste----bourbon, vanilla, cream, brulee, moderate char, dark
fruits of black and blueberry, faint coffee, dark chocolate, and a mellow oak
note on the rear. Excellent mouth feel; full body, smooth, rich, coating, warming,
light carbonation, and a char and roasted laden finish with warming booze.
This is one of the best imperials I have ever had----Little Fish is a great brewery,
just wish they did more of these.....exceptional....PERIOD!
Cheers

22 ounce bottle, Batch B358, bottled 6/15/21. Served in a snifter, the beer pours dark brown/black with about an inch tan head that stuck around a long time. Good amount of lacing, too. Aroma is sweet and malty, the brew smells like vanilla, caramel, chocolate, dark fruit, bourbon, graham cracker and roasted malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some oak and burnt/charred malt. Good amount of barrel in both the taste and aroma. Mouthfeel/body is medium/full, it's creamy and slick with a moderate amount of carbonation. I thought this was a pretty good barrel aged imperial stout, definitely worth picking up if you get the chance to!
