500 ml bottle, bottled 12/27/19, Batch B079. Served in a Little Fish Teku, the beer pours a hazy orange/amber color with about an inch and a half off-white head that stayed around for a while. There's a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like apricot, apple, oak and some earthy funkiness. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some citrus and white grape flavors. Mostly tart and earthy tasting. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and has a good amount of soft carbonation. Smooth and easy enough to drink. I thought this was a good overall brew, worth picking up if you come across some!

Foggy orange to light acorn with a fluffy white head that settles to a curled ring leaving sheets of lace on the glass.
This is wowingly unique and impressively dry, in spite of its softly fluffy start. While quite tart--a bit like crabapple--it's also fairly complex, becoming almost woody, yet still cider-like, with some tannin complexity that's accented by a faint nuttiness.
