Tasted from that tap at the Little Fish taproom in downtown Dayton, OH.
Straw-colored beer with a faint haze and creamy, white head. Muted nose with wheat and grassy hops. Great wheat beer flavors are fresh, clean and very authentic to the German originals. Light body and strong, creamy carbonation. Moderate hops bitterness seems maybe a touch high for the style, but complements the strong wheat notes well. Low level of alcohol warmth.
A great beer! I haven't found many US attempts that hit this close to the mark. Prost!
