Dark look, reduced foamy head.
The smell is very strange, like some chemical sour cherries.
There is some of the chemical feel also in taste, but it disappears relatively quick, leaving room for the coffee, the sour cherries combined with a pretty strong acidity and some herbal bitter notes.
A rather strange imperial stout, with a sour feel and a lighter body than expected.

Dark brown color with mocha head. Aroma has roasted malts, chocolate and coffee with a touch of fermented fruit. Taste has a light fruit syrup sweetness at first but is quickly overwhelmed by the roasted malt bitterness. There is also some burnt bread crust and cocoa nibs bitterness. Almost full bodied with soft carbonation. The idea is good but the execution not so much, the cherries being almost imperceptible.

Black color with tan head, aroma of cherries, chocolate and vanilla, taste starts medium sweet, ends medium bitter, medium body, average carbonation, nice xperiment.
